Break the Loop — 6 Week Coaching Program

6 Private Coaching Sessions with Allison K. Dagney

Break the Loop is a 6-week private coaching experience designed to help you interrupt the cycle of overthinking, emotional reacting, self-doubt, and getting pulled back into patterns you’ve been trying to break.

You may be trying to recover after an emotionally abusive relationship—or you may still be in the relationship and trying to figure out what to do next.

If you find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your own perception, going back and forth about what you should do, reacting in ways you later regret, or feeling completely overwhelmed by your situation, this is where we start.

This isn’t about trying to heal everything in six weeks.

It’s about helping you slow things down, understand what’s happening, regain a sense of control, and begin making decisions from a clearer and more grounded place.

Inside this experience, we can work together to help you:

  • Recognize your personal emotional loops and triggers

  • Catch yourself before you spiral or react

  • Reduce the behaviors that keep you emotionally stuck

  • Sit with discomfort without immediately responding to it

  • Create emotional space between you and the situation

  • Rebuild trust in your own perception and judgment

  • Gain clarity about your relationship and what you want

  • Strengthen boundaries and begin responding differently

  • If you are considering leaving, begin thinking through and planning your next steps so you feel more prepared rather than making decisions in the middle of fear, pressure, or emotional overwhelm

You'll receive one private coaching session each week for six weeks, along with Voxer support Monday through Friday, so you have guidance not just when you're calm and sitting in a coaching session—but when you're actually in it.

If you're currently in an emotionally abusive relationship and considering leaving, our coaching can also give you a private space to think through your options, identify the emotional patterns that may be making it difficult to leave, prepare for the changes ahead, and create a plan for moving forward.

When safety is a concern, coaching does not replace professional domestic violence advocacy, legal advice, or emergency services. I can help you think through your emotional and practical next steps while encouraging you to use specialized resources when appropriate.

Break the Loop is your starting point.

You don't have to figure out your entire life in six weeks.

But you can begin to understand what's happening, stop feeling so controlled by the cycle, and start making clearer decisions about what comes next.
