Allison offers voice note support via Voxer app for every client. It is important that you get the support you need and not have to wait an entire week for help. That means, you can message her anytime and will get a reply as soon as possible during her regular working hours of M-F 8am - 5pm EST. If you message outside of those hours you can expect a reply at the start of the next business day!!!

The proven method of Rapid Reprogramming™ takes intentional practice over time. Just like changing a habit, you'll need more than one hour to make significant changes. It would not be in integrity for me to charge a client for one session when I know they will not get results. Ultimately, re-training your brain for LASTING change is going to take practice, that is why my coaching program is designed over a several months.
